1 General Terms & Eligibility

By using the BetPro (betpro.ceo) website and mobile application, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using BetPro.

Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all BetPro services, including:

Right to Amend Terms

BetPro reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via email or an on-platform announcement. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on BetPro. Any account created with incomplete or false information may be closed at any time.

Registration Terms

• Each member may open one account only
• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided
• The email address and mobile number provided at registration must remain active
• Valid identification documents (NID/Passport) may be required for identity verification
• Account information may not be transferred to third parties

Identity Verification (KYC)

BetPro follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure platform security. Identity verification may be required before withdrawals or once transactions exceed a certain threshold. This process is in place to protect members.

Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. The account holder is solely responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

BetPro supports deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, e-wallets, and bank transfers. The following rules apply to all transactions.

Deposit Rules

• Only make deposits from your own account
• Using third-party payment methods is not permitted
• Minimum deposit amount as displayed on the platform
• All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT)

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit
• Withdrawals may be held pending if KYC verification is not completed
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before withdrawing winnings derived from a bonus
• BetPro may initiate a verification process in the event of suspicious transactions

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

BetPro offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions, which are clearly stated alongside the offer.

General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• Specific wagering requirements must be met before a bonus can be withdrawn
• Bonuses must be claimed within a set timeframe – expired bonuses are cancelled automatically
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed

Understanding Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements mean that bonus funds must be bet a specified number of times. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a BDT 1,000 bonus means you must place BDT 10,000 in total bets. Wagering requirements for all BetPro bonuses are clearly stated on the promotions page.

5 Betting Rules

Participation in Sports Betting, live betting, and other games on BetPro is governed by the following rules.

Placing & Cancelling Bets

• Bets that have been placed cannot generally be changed or cancelled
• Certain bets can be settled early using the Cash Out feature
• If a bet is affected by a technical issue, BetPro's decision is final
• BetPro reserves the right to void bets in the event of incorrect odds being displayed

Live Betting Special Rules

Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is placed are considered final. If odds shift due to network delays, BetPro may accept or reject the bet at the updated odds.

Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to every event and game. These limits are clearly displayed on each bet slip. BetPro reserves the right to adjust any member's betting limits as needed.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BetPro. Violations may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Prohibited Actions

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses (Multi-accounting)
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Exploiting technical glitches on the platform
• Opening an account under a false identity
• Betting with funds belonging to a third party
• Selling or transferring an account
• Colluding with others to artificially manipulate outcomes (Match Fixing)
• Attempting to defraud other members

7 Privacy & Data Protection

8 Account Suspension & Closure

BetPro reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

1. If clear evidence of a terms violation is found
2. If Discrepancies Are Found During Identity Verification
3. If suspicious transactions or potential fraud are detected
4. Identified as a minor
5. By order of a court or law enforcement authority

If a Member Closes Their Own Account

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If there is a valid balance at the time of closure, it will be returned in accordance with our standard procedures.

9 Limitation of Liability

BetPro strives to deliver the highest quality of service. However, BetPro is not liable for the following:

• If services are disrupted due to technical issues, server downtime, or internet outages
• If a member suffers loss due to their own account credentials being compromised
• Technical issues on the part of third-party game providers
• Service disruption due to Force Majeure

10 Responsible Gaming

BetPro believes gaming should be a form of entertainment. Losing control over gaming is a serious concern, and we are actively committed to promoting responsible gaming.
